Our Mission
The goal of the Midwest RTC is to provide the premier training environment in the Midwest by providing top notch coaching and the best tools and resources, including the best technical mat training from nationally recognized coaches as well as a performance lab that mixes science with our training to test, track, and develop athletes performance, cardiovascular capacity, and body composition.
